Crystal Healing and Energy claims no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged (unless due to negligent packaging) parcels, although please contact us to help try to locate your item and we will do what we can to ensure a favourable result.

We recommend insurance for all parcels over $100 as Aust Post cover up to $100. This cover costs $2.50 for every $100 after the first $100 which is automatically included

Crystal Healing and energy cannot be made liable if insurance is not taken by the purchaser and the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged due to no fault of Crystal Healing and Energy. Once it has left our site we have no further control over the parcel

Please allow 1-5 business days from dispatch to Australian metropolitan addresses. Regional areas may vary, depending on location.

Deliveries are posted Monday-Friday during business hours. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed during the next business days.

During peak times and sale periods, please allow additional time for your order to be processed.

Lower end of weights are charged, eg. 1.001 - 2 kg charged at 1 kg weight, 4.001 - 6 kg are changed at 4 kg weight to help save costs.
