Refund, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

Crystal Healing and Energy hope to make the purchasing experience an enjoyable one for all customers but understand things don’t always go to plan.  If for some reason you feel unhappy with your purchase please feel free to contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss at crystalhealingandenergy@gail.com.  We endeavour to resolve any issues you may have and strive for a happy customer experience

This website is owned and operated by Crystal Healing and Energy. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Crystal Healing and Energy. Crystal Healing and Energy offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

We comply with VIC Office of Fair Trading regulations on refunds. It states we are not required to give a refund or replacement for “change of mind”, however we realise you might find another item you like instead. If your order has not been shipped, we are happy to change your item/s.

Crystal Healing and Energy attempt to display items as accurately as possible with various photos. Due to many factors including colour variance on computers, phones and lighting, Crystal Healing and Energy cannot guarantee that the colours in the product you receive will 100% match the colours you see on our website.

Please read weights and dimensions on each crystal to be sure the size of the item purchased is what you are expecting.  Whilst every effort is made to show the true size of all the crystals, sometimes we are required to take clear pictures close up to show the beautiful elements of each piece, eg, rainbows, phantoms and patterning inside the crystal and we don't want this to give the impression they are bigger than they appear.

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days so if you would like to cancel or change your order please let us know ASAP. However, one it has left we are unable to cancel. Crystal Healing and Energy are unable to offer “change of mind” credit or replacement once items have been delivered

Once your order has left Crystal Healing and Energy are not liable for missing or stolen items and only liable for damaged items if packaging has been negligent.  We strongly recommend taking an Insurance option and / or signature on parcels over $100.  Australia Post only allow for insurances up to $100 for each parcel free of charge without extra Insurance cover paid for.  Cost of this extra Insurance is $2.50 for every $100 after the first $100 coverage. Signature is at a cost of $2.95.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to gain their own insurances and signature on product purchased as it is out of the control of Crystal Healing and Energy once it has left our site and we cannot be made liable. If items are damaged we ask that you contact Crystal Healing and Energy with photos of items as well as packaging as soon as they have arrived to help resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.  If it has been deemed Crystal Healing and Energy has been negligent with packaging we will give a store credit for replacement of your choosing. If it is deemed Aust Post have been negligent then an Insurance claim will need to be made by you the purchaser to Aust Post. We may require that you return the damaged items back to us in a safe and secure manner using trackable shipping methods.

Please seek medical advice for any issues or ailments you may be experiencing and using these crystals to help with. Whilst some crystals are “said” to be used for energy healing or healing of medical conditions, Crystal Healing and Energy do not take any responsibility or claim these crystals will work with any of medical issues or conditions.
